AP Ganessh Ram, CEO - MARG Swarnabhoomi and Education Services.

Ganeshram, brings to MARG 17 years of rich and diverse experience from leading IT, Banking, Education and Telecom organizations. At MARG, he holds dual responsibility of heading the business of Urban & Industrial Infrastructure (New Chennai Township Private Limited) and Education Services vertical. In this capacity, he leads the core team which drives the growth and performance of NCTPL and education services. He is responsible for P&L and long-term strategic business planning and holds the distinction of being the youngest CEO at MARG.

Prior to MARG, he worked with ICICI bank, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. He also worked with other leading organizations such as HDFC Bank, APTECH and Modi Telecom. He is a reputed turn-around artist orchestrating profit centers through his astute sense in identifying new business opportunities and fostering innovative ideas.

He firmly believes that highly motivated human resources can integrate diverse objectives, processes and people to perform for unified business goals. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA).

G Selvakumar, Vice President - Design.

G.Selvakumar has 22 years of extensive experience as an Architect. He has worked on a wide range of projects ranging from all kind of residential, IT, Health Care, institutional and commercial buildings.

Since 2010, he has been the Head of the Projects and design team at MARG, looking after 1000 acres SEZ project - MARG Swarnabhoomi. During this period he has been involved in a variety of projects ranging between IT , Residential , Factory and Institutional buildings.

Between 2006 - 2010, he has been The Head of the professional team at RSP Chennai (India), steering and overseeing the team. From 2004 to 2006, as a member of the Design & Project Team of RSP Bangalore, (India), he was involved in a variety of projects ranging between IT and residential developments.

Between 1998-2004, Selvakumar was heading his own Private Limited Architectural Firm. Between 1993-1997, Selvakumar was with M/s.Technicaliya Consultants P Ltd., as Architectural Consultant and promoted as one of the Directors. Between 1991 and 1992 Selvakumar worked as an Architect in Murali Architects, Chennai.

Between 1989 and 1990, he worked as an Architect in C.R.Narayana Rao, Chennai.
