Travel along 89 kms from Chennai or 60 kms from Pondicherry to witness a village named Seekinankuppam in Cheyyur Taluk of Kanchipuram District. This taluk is on the East Coast Road connecting Chennai and Pondicherry. The resplendent Swarnabhoomi is positioned in this taluk along the IT corridor, near Chennai’s IT Hub: Siruseri. It is backed up with an excellent infrastructure on the East Coast Road, just 75 kms from Tidel park and 55 kms from Siruseri.

A new township, Swarnabhoomi nestled between Chennai and Pondicherry on the East coast Road is being developed in a phased manner. Based on the principles of New Urbanization, the design of Swarnabhoomi has been developed by MARG constructions (with the Master planning by HOK, Architects, USA).

The manmade environment blends itself into the natural environment without disturbing the innate nature of the place. The natural vegetation, existing topography, permissible building heights have all been taken into consideration while developing Swarnabhoomi.
